2026-05 Comprehensive Plan Map Amendment/Zone Change/Subdivision – 5710 Windsor Island Rd N

The applicant is requesting approval of a Comprehensive Plan Map Amendment, Zone Change, and Subdivision for approximately 22.31 acres of land located at 5710 Windsor Island Rd N. The subject property is currently part of two parcels totaling approximately 36.72 acres. A concurrent Property Line Adjustment application has been submitted to reconfigure the existing parcels into two parcels containing approximately 14.41 acres and 22.31 acres, respectively.

This application pertains to the proposed 22.31-acre parcel. The request includes a Comprehensive Plan Map Amendment from Special Policy Area Limited Use to Low Density Residential (LDR), a Zone Change from Agricultural Industrial (AI) to Single-Family Residential (RS) with the Odor/Noise Impact Overlay (OIO), and a Subdivision to create 110 residential lots.

2026-04 Property Line Adjustment – 5710 Windsor Island Rd NE

The applicant proposes a Property Line Adjustment between two lawfully created parcels located at 5710 Windsor Island Road N (Marion County Assessor’s Map 06 3W 34, Tax Lots 1300 and 1400). The subject property consists of approximately 36.72 acres. The adjustment will reconfigure the shared property line, reducing Tax Lot 1300 from approximately 18.89 acres to 14.41 acres and increasing Tax Lot 1400 from approximately 17.83 acres to 22.31 acres.

Community Graffiti Program Update

Due to the ending of the JROTC program at McNary High School, our Community Graffiti Program is on pause. We want to give a massive thank you to the cadets for helping clean up graffiti in Keizer. While we evaluate how to move the Community Graffiti Program forward, we plan on having a volunteer-driven clean up in late June/early July 2026.  Please use our contact form to get ahold of us if you’re interested in helping or what more information.

Summer Break – June through August 2026

We’ll be taking a break from General Meetings over the Summer, June through August 2026. Our next General Meeting will be September 16, 2026

We’ll still be holding Board Meetings over the summer and be on the lookout for announcements regarding National Night Out, taking place August 4, 2026.
