The applicant is requesting approval of a Comprehensive Plan Map Amendment, Zone Change, and Subdivision for approximately 22.31 acres of land located at 5710 Windsor Island Rd N. The subject property is currently part of two parcels totaling approximately 36.72 acres. A concurrent Property Line Adjustment application has been submitted to reconfigure the existing parcels into two parcels containing approximately 14.41 acres and 22.31 acres, respectively.

This application pertains to the proposed 22.31-acre parcel. The request includes a Comprehensive Plan Map Amendment from Special Policy Area Limited Use to Low Density Residential (LDR), a Zone Change from Agricultural Industrial (AI) to Single-Family Residential (RS) with the Odor/Noise Impact Overlay (OIO), and a Subdivision to create 110 residential lots.
