The applicant proposes a Property Line Adjustment between two lawfully created parcels located at 5710 Windsor Island Road N (Marion County Assessor’s Map 06 3W 34, Tax Lots 1300 and 1400). The subject property consists of approximately 36.72 acres. The adjustment will reconfigure the shared property line, reducing Tax Lot 1300 from approximately 18.89 acres to 14.41 acres and increasing Tax Lot 1400 from approximately 17.83 acres to 22.31 acres.
